Danyeur LLC, doing business as Danyeur Refrigeration, respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information associated with our employee SMS notification program.

Information we collect

We collect employee names, mobile phone numbers, SMS consent responses, and related communication records. This may include screenshots of opt-in invitations and YES replies, message dates, delivery information, and opt-out requests.

How we use information

We use this information to manage enrollment, document consent, send job assignments, dispatch alerts, and schedule updates, provide support, and honor opt-out requests.

Messaging providers and information sharing

We use monday.com and Twilio to manage and deliver job notifications. These providers process the phone numbers, message content, and delivery information necessary to provide the service.

We do not sell or rent employee mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Storage and protection

We retain consent screenshots privately and limit access to personnel who need them to administer the SMS program. We use reasonable safeguards to protect employee information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the program, document consent, honor opt-out requests, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Opting out stops future automated alerts but does not automatically delete consent or opt-out records.

Your choices

Participation is voluntary. Reply STOP to automated messages from (833) 573-4297 to unsubscribe. You may also contact blake@danyeur.com to request removal, correct your information, or ask about access to or deletion of your records. Some records may need to be retained for applicable recordkeeping obligations.
